The delivery time for Elanpro products depends on various factors, including the distance between the dealer’s location and the delivery address. We take 3-4 days to deliver products in stock. The duration for out-of-stock products and products against order may vary depending on the stock availability.

Most of our products are a Plug & Play system. Therefore, the users can use the Installation Manual that comes with the product to install their products. However, we offer installation for the HoReCa products range, and the dealer will share the estimated delivery & installation time at the time of purchase.

Refrigerators work on compressors. Hence, they need additional protection in case of voltage fluctuations. A stabilizer in place provides a time delay of about 3 minutes, thereby protecting the compressor from unnecessary damage.

Yes, we do offer payment plans. In addition, we have partnered with multiple banks, enabling our buyers to purchase our products on EMI.

We offer a standard warranty of 48 months on our Chest Freezers range and a 12 months warranty on other products.  A detailed manual sharing all installation, warranty, and return information is shared with every Elanpro product.
